Industrial & Operations Engineering @ University of Michigan | Product Management Intern @ Dometic
Rising junior at the University of Michigan studying Industrial and Operations Engineering (Class of 2028), currently a Product Management Intern at Dometic. I build tools that turn technical/engineering problems into usable products — from sales calculators to schematic editors.
Featured work
Projects
48V vs. 12V Electrical Systems Calculator
Built at Dometic as a Product Management Intern. Interactive HTML tool modeling wire sizing, inverter efficiency, and generator ROI for Class B RVs. Includes consumer-facing lifestyle/climate presets, appliance management, and save/load functionality. Validated against real engineering assumptions (copper resistivity, Victron inverter datasheets) to quantify a ~14.5% runtime advantage for native 48V loads. Used across strategy, manufacturer, and sales conversations at Dometic.
Electrical Schematic Builder
Editor for building RV electrical wiring diagrams as part of Dometic's sales tool suite. Models 48V/12V hybrid electrical topology per ABYC E-11 standards.
Pricing Model Tool
Built at Dometic as a Product Management Intern. Interactive pricing model letting product managers stress-test assumptions — tariffs, container cost, per-unit cost, STK3, quantity sold, and distributor vs. OEM channel — and see the resulting effect on final pricing in real time.
